The Technology Arm is the development team behind QTE. It builds and maintains the infrastructure for both the main exchange and the options exchange, plus the communication lines between arms (for example, between Fundamentals and Execution).
During the trading year, the arm is responsible for keeping everything running and shipping improvements as needed.
